Our Story

Root Iron began as a family project in 2020. A desperate bid for a creative outlet transformed from an idea into a reality. From an old Idaho-built Kit Companion travel trailer to a new existence as a food trailer, utilizing found and repurposed materials. Our goal has been to take the road less traveled, to maintain excellent quality, and always strive to do something new.
